3daikon radish(shredded)
3tspsalt
1/2tspwhite pepper
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/4tspblack pepper
1tbspsesame oil
3eggs
1cupflour
3tbspcornstarch
4cupsoil for fryingsuch as peanut, canola, etc.
Instructions
Wash and peel the daikon radishes.
Shred the daikon radishes with a grater or a food processor and squish out as much water as you can with your hands.
Place the shredded daikon radishes into a bowl and add in the spices and seasoning: salt, white pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, sesame oil, and 3 eggs. Mix well.
Then add in the flour and cornstarch into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Form the daikon radish and flour mixture into balls, about 1 in in diameter. Deep fry the daikon radish balls for 10 minutes at 350°F, until golden brown.
